I just got the ok to share this and wanted to get it out to you as soon as possible.
Construction At Casa Del MarThe Management and staff at Casa Del Mar will be doing everything to make the construction of the new building and swim up pool as smooth as possible.
Firstly they plan to put a wooden wall around the entire construction site so the guests will not be bothered by the view or the noise that might be associated with the construction.The wall will extend from past the palm lined side of building 3 that faces the garden and go past the construction area and include building 2 which will be closed for the duration of the construction.
The pool will be in front of the property that is now the garden area between buildings 2 & 3. It will run the width of that area between the two existing buildings and the new building will be in back of it. The new building will have a pool view and just beyond will be the ocean.
So the pool will overlook the beach and ocean a lovely view indeed!The pool will have a swim up bar and Jacuzzi.
All to be a lovely addition to a wonderful property!There will still be garden areas between both building 2 and the new building and also in between building 3 and the new building. So we will have the wonderful garden spaces that we love about Casa Del Mar.
