Jungle Bar is now part of the All Inclusive Package at Casa Del Marvelous
The Menu that follows was posted several places by Kaki:
The first All-Inclusive menu at the Jungle Bar at Casa del Mar is as follows:
Soup of the day
Fish filet with coconut (Served with yellow rice and grilled tomatoes)
Octopus with garlic (Served with red onions)
Stuffed squid with spinach (White wine sauce)
Grouper filet – American style (Lobster and caper sauce)
Tuna filet – bitter orange and capers sauce (Served with rice and vegetables)
Surf & Turf (Beef, shrimp, fish and sweet pepper)
Stuffed chicken breast with shrimp (served with rice and potatoes)
The lobster extravaganza is $30 per person.
